I am pretty new to this hobby, but dont want to screw up this batch, I started a 5 gal carboy with blackberries...and getting ready to make a hard apple cider and recipes, tips ALSO I am having a terrible time getting a reading on my hydrometer. Really appreciate some instruction and would be great if you share in this hobby...
